How Do I Find My Peace in Chaos? - A Nighttime Prayer

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His Law he meditates day and night. -- Psalm 1:1-2 (NKJV)

Please Pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You like children, with arms raised up to You for hope and peace and strength according to Your will. Help us to cast out ungodly beliefs, vain imaginations, prideful thoughts and lifestyles, and anything that would cause us to stumble away from your perfect peace, all in the name of Jesus. Help us also to transform our lifestyles to a life of humility, obedience, and a willingness to align our hearts with You. You alone are the One True Living God! We praise Your Holy Name! We thank You for Your steadfast love, Your grace and mercy, and Your perfect peace. Help us to keep our eyes on You and You alone - that our peace may be rooted and grounded in You through eternity. These things we humbly ask in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
