How to Build Lasting Friendships - A Nighttime Prayer

1x
“Perfume and incense brings joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of a friend springs from their heartfelt advice.” – Proverbs 27:9 (NIV)

Please Pray:

Dear Lord, you’ve created us to enjoy relationships–with you and with others. If we lack friends, give us the courage we need to reach out to befriend someone. Open our eyes to those who need a friend, no matter their age. Point us to a mature Christian if we desire growth. Motivate us to support newer Christians if we’ve already walked with you through challenging experiences. May your grace help us to be loyal, faithful, and forgiving friends. We know you, Lord, as our best Friend, and we thank you for always supporting us through life’s ups and downs. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
