"Dear friends, you put it down. You and I are not at home down here. And you better not act like you're at home down here. We're pilgrims and we're strangers here. We're seeking a city to come, and we're getting awful close. (laughs) Oh, sometimes I think I hear those angels singing and saints are singing: 'Home, sweet home.'

Folks, if you're not saved tonight, you're missing it all. I don't know of anything that could crown this service like some soul coming to Christ tonight. And saying, 'Brother Roloff, if all that's so—and it is, my brother—then I want in on it. Oh, I want Jesus as my Savior. I'll trust Him tonight.' Paul could look in his face and say, 'I have fought a good fight, I have kept the faith, I've finished the course.'

Bow your heads while we pray."

"I've been reading through the book of Exodus, or rather Leviticus, this morning. And I want to call your attention to chapter 19.

Now, we're living in the generation that says that if you just live by the Golden Rule, you'll go to heaven. I've had many people to say, 'You know what my religion is? It's the Masons, or it's the Golden Rule.' Masons can't save you. Bible didn't say, 'Believe on the Masons and be saved.' (Congregation: "That's right.")

It's not the Catholic Church or Baptist Church or the baptismal water. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Where Can I Find God?

"While every head is bowed tonight, I want to ask a question, just one. I hope you'll be as honest with me as I've sought to be with you. I've told you where you could find God tonight. You'll find Him in Christ. You'll find Him in the Word of God. You'll find Him with God's people.

I wonder how many people here tonight would say, 'Brother Roloff, I've got some doubts about my relationship to the Lord. I'm certainly not satisfied with my fellowship with Him. There seems to be something between.' Dear friend, I can tell you what it is: it's sin. The Lord will make plain to you tonight if you'll open your heart, and call upon Him, and humble yourself, and confess sin. How many of you'd say, 'Brother Roloff, I'm not right with the Lord, but I'd like to be.'

Dear friends, I don't have any tricks. God could've brought you here tonight to give you that sweet peace. I'll guarantee you Jesus may come tonight. I do not know of any portion of my Bible I'll have to throw away if He does come tonight. I'd not have to question Him about one thing if He came tonight, if I saw—if I heard the shout of the Savior. Is anybody else say, 'Please, pray for me'?

You may have a habit tonight that's sinful and ugly and ungodly. You'd like to be delivered from some shackle of sin. I love to give you the verse again: 'Is not this the fast that I've chosen, to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burden, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?' Wouldn't you like that tonight? Raise your hand and say, 'Pray for me.'

Our Heavenly Father, we bow as humble as we know how, and confess to Thee that it's not in us, and we're not sufficient for these things. But we call upon the name that's above every name, at which name every knee is going to bow real soon: things in heaven, things in earth, things under. Every tongue is going to confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

Father, I marvel at Thy word and at Thy goodness and patience with the sons of men. And dear Lord, I pray tonight that these who raise their hands might just yield to Jesus and open their hearts' door to Him. While we sing that old song that says, 'I can hear my Savior calling: Take thy cross and follow Me.' And Lord, I pray right now that You'll give every sinner the grace to say, 'Where He leads me, I will follow.' And Lord, remind us that that trail leads home. Hear us and help us, and bless all the friends out in radioland. Save their souls from sin, in Jesus' name. Amen."

To Them That Love His Appearing

"Oh, what a wonderful time. That's nothing compared for the day when we see the lights of our eternal home. Bow your heads while we pray.

Our Heavenly Father, we pray that You'd bless this glorious appearing to our souls today. Help us to know that this is not fantasy, this is not a fairy tale, but this is genuine and real, and soon we shall see His appearing. And dear Father, we pray that we may really love the wonderful appearing of our lovely Lord. Pray that You'd bless this Bible conference here. Bless the pastor, we thank You for the great crowd. Lord, I pray that You'll prepare us for the services. I don't know where we'll ever put all the people, but Lord, I just know that You have great things in store.

And Father, help the people to pray. Lord, I commit myself to pray each day. I really do. I must pray if I live and breathe and walk and talk and hear from heaven. So Lord, I pray that You'll bless the radio friends that'll be sharing these messages. I pray that they'll be blessed and the folks will sit together with us in heavenly places. So Lord, bless us now and fill us with that wonderful, wonderful hope and blessed hope of the soon appearing of our wonderful Savior.

'Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And everyone that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.'

While our heads are bowed, I wonder again if you'd whisper with me your love to Him. He said, 'If you love My appearing...' Would you tell Him that you love Him this morning? Deep in your soul make love to Him. Every eye closed. If you're here without Christ and you'd like to come to the altar, will you come quickly? If you're not right with the Lord and you'd like to come, build an altar here at the front, and say, 'Lord, forgive me and cleanse me, purge me.' You come quickly. While we bow, just remain seated and pray.
