NOTE: If you’re going through escaping domestic abuse, exercising can help circumvent getting sick, help with staying power and clear thought, as well as help with the stress of it all. Trust me, that was VERY helpful to me. I had let the gym know all details about my Abuser and had someone there to walk me to my car when I was finished.
