Would that book finally get written?
Would you make that phone call and ask for forgiveness?
Would you stop looking up divorce attorney phone numbers?
Would you finally open that business?
Would you start that small group?
Would you end that unholy relationship?
Would you make church a priority above all other tasks?
Would you stop spending money you don’t have to impress people you don’t like?
Would you go back to school and finish your degree?
Would you confide in someone about your secret addiction?

Nothing is off limits, God. I will lay down what I am clenching tightly. I will pick up that which scares me. I will walk away from what is good and save myself for what is best. If you aren’t in it, I don’t want it. If I need to move, then move me. If I need to stay, then root me. I won’t be tossed by my feelings. FULL SURRENDER. Ceasing to resist!
