PROPHETIC DREAM FROM OUR COMMANDER IN CHIEF: YOU’VE BEEN ARMED TO WIN!
Given the recent threats against those who support Israel, the Lord reminded me of a dream I had last November where I was in a high-ranking military briefing about a coming attack. Those around the table were talking about possible strategies in dealing with any covert operations of the enemy, as this had been the previous practice. But the commander in charge said that this time would be different. The enemy was planning an attack out in the open, on the ground – and we needed to be ready.
Then in the dream, I was immediately taken to a classroom where I was confronted by a man who had been found to be an enemy in our midst. He had grabbed a girl beside him – who was supposed to be his friend – and threatened her with a knife. However, when I looked at the knife, it was a butter knife and, though I was alarmed at his threat, I didn’t fear any great harm.
Then I was taken to another classroom where another man had grabbed his “friend” (also a woman) and threatened her with a knife. This time, however, he was holding a steak knife. Plus, he was also threatening me. In the dream, I remember feeling the “sting” of his knife and knew that this was starting to get personal. Where the first time I hadn’t been as concerned, this time I knew the threat was real.
But even though this threat had now become tangible, I didn’t have an ounce of fear. I was not even thinking of defending myself. Rather, I was thinking of how I was going to disarm this enemy. A righteous indignation had been stirred in my spirit when I saw these innocent lives being threatened. Instinctively, I knew his weapons were inferior to mine and I just needed to know which of my tools to use – and to do it quickly. I knew I had the advantage – I had been prepared for this. I just needed to use the authority I had without hesitation.
