Exodus 18 vs. 18 –
Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.
- A good manager must practice division of labour
- A good manager should delegate responsibilities to his subordinates
- A good manager should be careful not to over work himself
- Failure to follow these simple steps may result to stress, tension, high blood pressure, low productivity or even pre-mature death.
Prayer
- Holy Spirit, teach me how to manage my business in Jesus name.
