Romans 8 vs 15

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

When you do not have the spirit of God, you live in fear and bondage to the enemy.
But when you have the spirit of God, you know all your steps are ordained by God, so you have nothing to fear.
