Hosea 6 verse 1
Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
- The Israelites sinned and their sin brought them many trouble
- The people of Israel were wise enough to retrace their step like prodigal children
- The God that we serve is also a merciful God who is willing to forgive sin if you return to Him
- The people of Israel return to God and God return their fortunes
- No matter your past and present sin, if you return to God in repentance God will forgive you
