Success tips: How do I succeed? How can I become succesful?

Memorise: “Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?” (Isaiah 43:13)
Read: Jonah 1:1-4
Progress also has its womb. A look at the lives of patriarchs of old shows that God desires progress for all His children. As a child of God, you must not remain static for too long. God wants you to move on and keep on moving as a mark of being His blessed child. In any way progress has eluded you, it shall be restored this season in Jesus’ Name.
The womb of progress can be said to be barren if stagnancy or retrogression constantly result. Progress has speed. Some people are not totally static, but they make progress at such snail speed that it is barely noticed. Whatever is slowing down the speedometer of your progress shall be roasted by fire. The Lord will take you on a smooth, fast track ride in progress from this season.
One man whose womb of progress was barren was Jonah. God sent him on a missionary assignment to Nineveh because He wanted to save the nation. But he felt differently. He believed they should be preserved for destruction for past evils, and as a result disobeyed God. Jonah set out in the opposite direction he was sent, and God made his progress barren.
Any direction you take contrary to God’s perfect will is not in your interest at the end of the day. You cannot make progress whenever you are located in disobedience.
At best, you can be static: but usually the disobedient retrogresses. The man who could no longer hold on to God for the fruit of the womb, but goes to have a child by some other woman may think he is progressing. Afterall, mission accomplished – he now has the child he wanted. Unknown to him, he has kindled a fire that would destroy his future joy.
Have you ran out of God’s presence like Jonah, in search of Egyptian helpers? That step will empty the womb of your progress. Are you about to settle down in marriage to an unbeliever or a mouth professing but not power possessing Christian?
Come out of it now. Progress does not necessarily entail acquisition of material things, or going higher on the ladder of your profession or career. Some believers are making progress in the wrong direction.
Any progress that does not emanate from God is a curse in disguise. Is God behind that ministerial or secular promotion, or you worked your way into it? Some leaders can do just anything to impress their pastor and obtain his favour. God weighs motives. He knows why you are doing what you are doing. Any progressive stride that leaves God out is retrogressive.
What the world sees as progress is what Heaven sees as retrogression. It takes a look through the eyes of God to define progress
