Isaiah 54 vs 16

 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

Isaiah 54:16 Behold, I have created the craftsman who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fit for its task; and I have created the destroyer to wreak havoc.

  1. God said He is the person who created the Devil, and the purpose is for Him to waste and destroy.
  2. He called the Devil a waster.
  3. So, the Devil we pray against every day was created by God, and his ministry is to waste and destroy.
  4. God needed to create the devil because He knew some people would not obey His commandments and need someone to deal with them.
  5. If not, some people will go scout-free with their evil ways.
