Isaiah 48 vs 17

Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.

Isaiah 48:17 This is what the LORD says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you

  1. God is a businessman in the sense that He wants you to start a business and profit from that business.
  2. God believes in profit-making.
  3. In Genesis 30, He taught Jacob how he could make a profit as a shepherd of the sheep of Laban.
  4. In Isaiah 48:17, God describes Himself as the one who teaches His children how to make a profit.
  5. So, If you are not making a profit in your business, seek the counsel of God.
