Exodus 20 vs 24

An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee.

God responds to offerings.
God appreciates offerings.
If you honour God with an offering, He will honour you with a blessing.
In this verse, God told the Israelites that they should present an offering to Him, after which He will release His blessings.
If you, therefore, want to receive a blessing from God, give Him an offering.
