But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

The Bible also says God the Father gives a good gift.
If you need the holy Ghost, you should ask God for it.
Before God can give you any gift, your ways must be pure and clean because God does not give gifts to wayward children.
