Deuteronomy 30:14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
The mouth and heart are interlinked.
1 Samuel 2:1 And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.
The internal and external are always clarified in the AV text!
Job 22:22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

Look, the words of his mouth are connected to the meditation of his heart.
Psalms 55:21 The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.
The King James Bible translators do a great job at debunking the idea that mandatory vocalization club members teach repeating a prayer is what saves a soul.
The translators rightfully teach that you have to believe and then confess to receive.
Proverbs 15:14 The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness.

Easy. The righteous studieth to answer, they don't immediately vocally answer (Pro 10:21, Pro 18:13). But the wicked don't wait.
This is showing the heart and mouth are interlinked.

The King James Bible proves that a sinner's prayer is with GENUINE BELIEF. Not just repeating a prayer.

Let's see what the NIV says.
NIV: My people come to you, as they usually do, and sit before you to hear your words, but they do not put them into practice. Their mouths speak of love, but their hearts are greedy for unjust gain.
The KJB rebukes those who believe that the club (to whom the King James translators belonged) teaches repeating a prayer saves you.
Nay! You have to believe and receive by confessing!
Matthew 12:34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

Christ, who in the AV Text is in the Mandatory Vocalization Club, teaches the mandatory doctrine of a mandatory vocalization needing faith.

Christ is in the Mandatory Vocalization Club! Or at least, the King James Bible translators who translated his words were.
Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
Amen, the Lord really knows what he's talking about here. It's like he's GOD.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
It is not an internal heart which confesses. It is not an internal heart which calls. It is vocal, with THY MOUTH.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Mouth. Any and all references in the King James Bible translated by its faithful translators always clarified the internal speaking of the heart and the outward external speaking AND THIS IS external.
2 Corinthians 6:11 O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
