And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram.

  1. The enemies attacked Sodom and Gomorrah, where Lot, Abraham’s nephew, lived and took him and his servants captive.
  2. Abraham lived in another land, and there was no way he would have known that his nephew had been taken captive.
  3. Lot would have remained a captive forever, but the enemies made a mistake as one of Lot’s servants escaped the captor’s camp and alerted Abraham, who later embarked on a rescue mission that set Lot and his servants free from the captors.
  4. Lot would not have been rescued if the sole captor had not escaped.
  5. Your enemies will always make a mistake that will turn around your captivity in Jesus’ name.

  • I hunt down every hunting power in Jesus’ name.
  • I shall not become a prey in the enemies’ camp.
  • Holy Spirit contend with every capturing power in Jesus’ name.
  • Blood of Jesus deliver me from every captivity in Jesus’ name.
