Ecclesiastes 7 verse 8
8 Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
- This scripture means you should not be proud, boastful, or arrogant when you are just starting an activity.
- This scripture means thou you have a great beginning; you should humble yourself because you do not know how it is going to end.
- This scripture means the anointing to begin is different from the anointing to end.
- This scripture means that it is possible to start well and it is possible to end woefully.
- This scripture means you should not despise experience, because the person that has ended an activity you are just starting, has more experience that you.
- This scripture means you should not celebrate until you have crossed the finishing line.
- This scripture means you should remain prayerful from beginning to the end.
- Lastly, this scripture means that you should remain vigilant and watchful from start to finish.
