3 Warnings For Believers In The Last Days - Raising Zion

believers in the last days

The Bible is filled with warnings for believers in the last days. Apart from doctrine, correction and instruction (2 Timothy 3:16).

Believers are expected to know the word of God. Calling oneself a Christian is pointless, if we are not led by the Holy Spirit to live out as sons of God.

“No one told me.”
“I didn’t know.”

what some pseudo believers say

No child of God should be found ignorant of the basics in the word of God. The Bible clearly tells us what to expect from the world, specially with what is happening in the church today.

3 warnings for believers in the last days

Three warnings Paul gives the Colossians church; so much more relevant today!

1. We should not be fooled by enticing words (Colossians 2:4). Words used to only feel good and no sound teaching that warns and instructs.

2. Beware of vain philosophy; and traditions of this world (Colossians 2:8). The world is moving towards a common good. It’s still based on worldly thinking and not God. Common good is also an invitation to bringing together a one world government. We know how that is going to end for true believers.

3. Be careful of false humility and fake ministers (Colossians 3:5). Quite a few ministers today, make it look like their leaving all to heed God’s calling is more important than the calling itself. These type of ministers force and subject members unnecessarily which only hinder God’s work.

Who’s a fake minister? Ministers who are sinister, driving fear into you rather than draw you into the fear of God.

The best and the (almost) worst time is now. Best, because we have the freedom to live out the word of God. It’s getting worse and restrictions are beginning to lead us to the day of the lord.

May God help us be ready as we surrender our lives more and more for the day of Christ. Praise God and Amen!
