Last post I provided some wonderful scriptures that address the wrong kind of fear, that which is scared of the dooms of this world, or of what terrible experiences we may have on this earth.  This, for sure, is not how God wants us to live, but rather He wants us to be free from the fear of the world by having a righteous fear of Him.

To fear God means to love Him and reverence Him for His Sovereignty and power, even in the face of evil darkness all around the world.

When we keep God in the place of Almighty Creator of the Universe, who is all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-places, we can be sure to hold a proper respect for Him in our hearts, which leads to peace beyond measure.

May these scriptures remind you of the God that we serve, and the blessing that follows a true and righteous fear of Him.  Shalom!
