Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

  1. Be good to strangers. It is a quality of a good Christian.
  2. You are not a Christian because you attend church or read your Bible.
  3. Your character and how you relate to people, especially to the poor.
  4. Do not despise the poor.
  5. Love people that you cannot derive help from.
  6. Jesus Christ associated with the poor. He was on the side of the poor. He dined and drank with the poor.
  7. As Christians, make friends with the poor and not the rich alone.
  8. Let there be brotherly love with the poor.
  9. Be a good Samaritan.
  10. Receive the spirit of giving in Jesus’ name.
  11. Receive the spirit of Christ in Jesus’ name. Amen.
