Bible qualifications: office of a Bishop?

Read 1Timothy 3 vs. 1-7

A Bishop is someone who preaches.
Evangelists, Pastors, Priests and General Overseers can all be categorized as Bishops.
Bishop is not a special title in the Bible, anyone who preaches can be aptly called a Bishop.
Unfortunately, some ministers of God, these days have unduly magnified the office of the Bishop because they want to be specially recognized.
