YOUR FUTURE IS NOT THE SUM TOTAL OF YOUR PAST MISTAKES. Those mistakes only define your future if you let them. And by "past" we could be talking 20 years or 20 minutes ago. It is never too late or too early to make a change.

And the beauty of change is that God will meet us right in the middle of our mess! I think of the adulterous woman. Jesus met her at her lowest and without an ounce of condemnation he saved her and forgave her. With one sentence, "Go and sin no more" he sent her into her future CHANGED.

You serve a God who isn't shaken, confused, or derailed by your sin! He already has a rescue plan! You just have to accept it!
