Psalm 16

Bible Verses about psalm 16:4

Psalm 16 vs 4 warns that we must not use our lips to pronounce the names of idols.
The gods are not dead because Satan is not dead, and he cannot die.
Anytime you pronounce the name of a god, you have activated the spirit of that god.
Your name has a physical and spiritual meaning.
Your life can be influenced by the spirit behind the meaning of your name.
Most names either glorifies God or Satan.
God himself changed the names of several people in the Bible.
Do not be romantically or emotionally attached to a name that has idolatrous roots.
David in the Psalm said the names of idols must not be heard from our lips.
Change any idolatrous name you are bearing today.
Prayer: Holy Ghost destroy my idolatrous roots in Jesus name
