Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Guess what I spent a lot of my quarantine time doing? Baking like everybody else of course! One of my go to recipes is this quick and easy banana bread recipe, because I am all for quick and easy recipes.

Mix your dry ingredients

1.5 cups of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda,

Mix your wet ingredients

Melt 0.5 cups of butter (~115ml) and add 2/3(~0.67)cups of sugar, 2 large eggs, 3 whole bananas crushed, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the mixing bowl

Add 0.5 cups of milk to the mixture

Prepare your baking tray/mixture

Spray your baking tray/pan so to prevent cake from sticking to the tray!

Pour out mixture on a baking pan. Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips on the surface

Bake at 365 F for 55mins. Check that cake is done by sticking a knife in to check that it isn’t moist.

Cut cake and serve!
