THE 107 YEARS “CENTENNIAL BULB”: MY CANDLE SHALL NOT GO OUT!

Basic scriptures:  Psalm 18:28, Proverbs 4:10-22

anging about 18 feet high in a Livermore, California firehouse, a low-watt light bulb has been burning almost continuously since 1901. The resilient Centennial Bulb-a four watt, carbon-filament light than a century. The bulb has become like a sacred object for Livermore fire-fighter, who the department moved to a new fire station in 1976, fire-fighters decided to cut the power cord of fire trucks then accompanied it to its new home, where it’s been burning continuously ever since.

Now, imagine a man-made light object (an electric bulb) becoming a tourist attraction because it has never been put off. God is saying that men/women shall celebrate your light! They shall rejoice in the brightness of your rising because your light/candle cannot be put off!

David said in today’s scripture – Ps 18:28: “for thou wilt lights my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.”Don’t forget that every man/woman has a candle of destiny and any plan to put off your candle shall provoke divine judgment against your foes!

As this year is coming to an end and New Year begins, may your life’s candle never go off! May your light shine brighter and brighter inn life/ministry? May those that gathered to put off your light die in shame! May their darkness be great and may their feet stumble in agony.

Job 18:6 says “the light shall be dark in his tabernacle, and his candle shall be out with him. That talking about your stubborn enemies! Declare Proverbs 4:18 now several times and pray seriously as led!

Prayer point

1.      Worship God pray about today’s message as led

2.      Satan, the candle of my life cannot be put off in Jesus name. My candle and my light shall shine brighter and brighter unto the perfect day. I shall not go down nor be demoted.

3.      Father, disappoint any power planning to put the light of my destiny. Pray  it very well

4.      Pray in tongues concerning the remaining days of this year.

5.      Pray on any matter affecting your peace. Cancel a school bus accident today. Pray for children today.
