Ezekiel 22 verse 30
30 And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
- Intercessory prayer is a selfless prayer
- Intercessory prayer is praying for others
- Intercessory prayer turns the weakness of others to strength
- Intercessory prayer turns judgement to mercy
- Intercessory prayer pleads the case for others
- Intercessory prayer cancels deserved judgement
- Heaven lamented that no one is interceding for others
- Heaven lamented that not a single person is praying for others
- God is looking for intercessors that will turn judgement to mercy
- God is saying that if He can find one intercessor, He will show mercy on the land
