God’s Will
Knowing God’s Will
People seem to always be seeking God’s Will in their lives.
Here are three ways you can help determine what God wants for your life. Of course a burning bush or an army of angels works too.
1.God’s Word
Seek God’s guidance in His word. Believers can find every answer they need in the Bible. We have to believe that and stand on that.
If what you are seeking fits God’s plans for his followers then you can keep moving on in that direction.
2. Wise Counsel
Proverbs 15: 22 …without counsel plans are frustrated. But with many counselors they succeed…
If you have questions and need advice seek the wisdom of God’s people. The church is full of people that are living for God and open to providing prayerful guidance, seek them out. Don’t get your advice from the T.V. or some supermarket tabloid. Find fellow believers that you trust and have a heart for God’s kingdom.
3. Circumstance
Your life is filled with circumstances that you seemingly have no control over. But guess what God’s in control of everything. The place you live, your parents, your talents, desires and wants God had His hand in all your life. God put all these circumstances in your life to mold and make you into the person He wants and needs you to be.
I know it might be hard to see but look around at the things God has placed in your life and see His guidance in them.
Good stuff or bad stuff it is all God stuff if you truly have faith in Him.
God wants the best for you. His answers are readily available in His word, His people and the world He has placed you in. Seek them out today.
