How to overcome the devil and submit to God

How do we submit to God? What does it take to submit to God? Why does the Bible say about  overcoming the devil and submission to God ?

James 4 vs. 7:  Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

1. You cannot overcome Satan if you are in sin
2. You cannot overcome the devil if you are disobedient
3. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t recognize the sovereignty of God
4. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t fear God
5. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t trust God
6. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t have faith in God
7. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t humble yourself before God
8. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t obey the authority of God
9. You cannot overcome Satan if you are not patient and respect divine timing
10. You cannot overcome Satan if you don’t surrender to God and absolutely rely on Him.

How to resist the devil

1. You cannot overcome evil if you don’t believe that devil is author of evils
2. You cannot overcome evil if you cannot pray, fast or read the Bible
3. You cannot overcome evil if you don’t believe in spiritual warfare
4. Resist is a violent word – you cannot overcome the devil unless you know the weapons of war
5. You cannot overcome the devil unless you become a Christian soldier
6. You cannot overcome the devil unless you believe in spiritual violence
7. You cannot overcome the devil unless you believe you have spiritual enemy
8. You cannot overcome the devil if you are an ice cream man, psychedelic, gentleman Christian
9.  You cannot overcome the devil unless you are spiritual troublemaker in the order of Prophet Elijah
10. You cannot overcome the devil unless you attack him with the fire of God, word of God, and blood of Jesus Christ.

Devil will flee from you

1. The devil is afraid of you
2. The devil is a coward
3. The devil cannot withstand spiritual violence
4. You are being oppressed because you refuse to submit to God or refused to resist the devil
5. Spiritual victory is awaiting you
6. Once you submit to God and resist the devil, the devil cannot contend with you
7. You have been oppressed because of your spiritual ignorance and weakness
8. You are more powerful than the devil
9. The devil does not like fighting battles, he runs away once you declare a war
10. Unless you resist the devil, he will not leave you alone
11. Once you start praying, your problems will expire.

General lessons

1. Submission to God is a divine commandment
2. Resisting the devil is a divine instruction
3. Submission of the devil to you is a divine certainty.
