2 Corinthians 6 vs 14

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

2 Corinthians 6:14 | worldchallenge.org

  1. This scripture means that unbelievers can not be your best friend.
  2. This is because you have a different spirit.
  3. As a believer, you have the Holy Spirit that gives you laws, standards, and rules to obey. While unbelievers deny Christ, they do not believe in Jesus Christ.
  4. The Bible warns us that if the brother or sister is an unbeliever, you cannot make him or her your partner.
  5. May the Spirit of God cut you out of an ungodly relationship in Jesus’ name.
  6. Your business partners should not be unbelievers.
  7. Do not partner with the unbelievers.
  8. The Bible did not say we should not talk or become friends with them, but your best friend should not be an unbeliever.
  9. Run away from the gathering of the unbelievers because you might be led into temptation. Cut off from every unbeliever’s gathering.
  10. When you stay in the gathering of unbelievers, they make a mockery of your faith and try to influence you with their beliefs or Character.
  11. I cut you off from every ungodly relationship in Jesus’ name. Amen
  12. Receive godly partners in Jesus’ name. Amen

Sehnsucht in the Blue Ridge Mountains — Nicole O'Meara

Sehnsucht is hard to put into words, as can be seen in my painfully limited ability to describe what I felt at a vista in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Some call it joy. Some called it wistful longing for something you can’t explain. It has been called melancholy and nostalgia. It is all of that, and mo
