He Will Surely Come Back

As I pondered at the sky daily, my heart lingers and revolves round the imminent return of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The signs of His coming are prevalent everywhere and He will surely come. The hearts of men has been drifted away from my Savior. Men are set in drinking sin like water and there seems to be no end to men’s exceeding sinfulness. The proliferation of sin in our global society would not hinder the imminent return of Jesus Christ. Jesus will surely come back, no matter how long the raging storming sea.

Dearly beloved, if the grave could not hold Jesus captive, no demons, no principalities and powers will hinder his return. He will come again. Gay activist may boldly come out to sway the public to believe that they are ethically fine. Jesus will come. Churches may appoint gay as Bishops. Jesus will come. Prayers and preaching may be banned from our public schools. Jesus will come. It might appear that everyone has deviated from the path of righteousness. Jesus will come. If the grave could not hold him captive, He will surely come.

My heart waits patiently for His second coming. In the midst of the chaos in the world, it is assuredly reassuring to know that the King of kings will surely come back. The crisis in Sudan and the beheadings, car bombings, suicide attacks in Iraq and other parts of the world will not delay the return of Christ.

I look with amazement the precious promise of His return. “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:1-3). Amen!! Very soon, He will come. It won’t be long: the trumpet shall sound and the Lord shall appear with thousands of his angels.

Dearly beloved, remember that if you live in perpetual disobedient to the voice of the Holy Spirit, the weight of all your wrong doings would prevent you from being rapture with the Lord. If you remain in constant rebellion to the word of God and live a daily life of hypocrisy, you can’t go with the Lord. You know the right thing to do? Simply be sincere with yourself and repent of all wrong doings.

The grave could not hold him captive: even in the grave, Jesus is Lord. Amen. If the grave could not hold him captive, no global circumstances would prevent His coming. The big question is are you ready?
