Loving Our Church Leaders - A Nighttime Prayer

We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves. – 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 (ESV)

Please Pray:

Father, I sometimes forget that our pastors are human beings that you have called to minister to us. They aren’t perfect, so we can relate to them, but their wisdom and discernment comes from you, so we can learn and grow under their leadership. Show me how I can support the ministries my pastor initiated so that our church may flourish. Thank you for working through our pastor and church leaders. In Jesus’s Name, Amen.
