Marriage prayers:Let God arise for my marriage

CONFESSION

Isaiah 59:19:  So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west and this glory from the rising of the sun.

Ecclesiastes. 4: 9-12: “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth for he hath not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone! And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him, and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”

PRAISE WORHIP

• 1. Confessions of sins and prayer for forgiveness
• 2. Ask the Holy Spirit to direct you in this prayer session
• 3. Take the problem areas listed here under one by one and pray these three violent prayer points on each o them.
• (i) Let the axe of fire from heaven uproot my marital problems from the roots in the name of Jesus
• (ii) Let the finger of God pull down the stronghold of my marital problems, in the name of Jesus
• (iii) Let the finger of God fight forces sponsoring crises into my marriage
• – Evil association – planlessness
• – Carelessness – weak family alter
• – Pride – unsaved partner or children
• – Unprofitable imitation – deterioration of relationship
• – Unprofitable comparison – selfishness
• – Communication gap – misplaced priority
• – Suspicion – evil attachment to parents
• – Evil counselors – incomplete leaving and incomplete cleaving of couple.
