And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

After the baptism of Jesus Christ, the Bible says, the heaven was opened, and the Spirit of God descended on Jesus.
Before the Spirit of God can descend upon you, your heaven must open.
And when the heaven of Jesus Christ was opened, He was able to do signs and wonders.
For you to move to your breakthrough, you need to provoke your heaven to open.
