What is a strange voice in the Bible?
A strange voice in the Bible is simply a voice or an instruction or a commandment that is contrary to the Word of God or the will of God or the commandments of God.
It’s a strange voice because it’s coming from a stranger called the devil. The devil is anti-God. God is the Source of man. He created man so man can only survive, succeed and do exploits on the earth by listening to and doing His commandments.
Therefore, any voice that is contrary to the voice of God is a strange voice! You must avoid it.

God’s voice to Adam in the Bible
I want you to read God’s voice to Adam at the beginning. It was a commandment. Read it below:
Genesis 2:16
[16]And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;
First Strange voice: in the Bible
Now, look at the first strange voice in the Bible. You will see very clearly that the content is contrary to the commandment of God to Adam.
Genesis 3:1
[1]Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”

Recognizing strange voice
Eve failed to recognize the strange voice. That voice was completely different from the voices she had heard since she was created – the voice of Adam and the voice of God.
That strange voice completely and craftily opposed the voice and instruction of God to Adam and Eve!
That strange voice was from the deceitful and crafty being called the devil but it presented the Holy Being (God) as the deceitful one. Read that below:
Genesis 3:5
[5]For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Which strange voice are you listening to today?
Any instruction, revelation or information that’s contrary to the living Word of God in the bible is from a strange voice and the devil is the author of it.
