Think of the way you have described the last several months. Are you coming into agreement with the enemy that this is the worst year of your life? Or are you coming into agreement with truth that these momentary afflictions don’t change the goodness of our Father? Pretty sure the words “dumpster fire” don’t bring glory to the season God has us in. And I personally use the words “dumpster fire” daily!!

Here’s the cool thing… when we make a 180-degree turn in our thinking, God meets us there. As I commit to changing my words, God is faithful to show me sweet, good, and peace-filled moments in the middle of the chaos I see with my eyes. I’m able to see things differently with my faith.
