Exodus 23 vs 25

And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

God recognises that there will always be sickness in this world, but He promises to take away sickness from anybody who serves Him.
After taking away the sickness, He also promises to bless Him.
So, if you want to be free from sickness and live a blessed life, serve God.
