Exodus 28 vs 2

And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother for glory and for beauty.

Exodus 28:2 Make holy garments for your brother Aaron, to give him glory and splendor.

  1. Everything God created is beautiful.
  2. You cannot compromise beauty on the altar of holiness.
  3. You cannot say because you are a Christian, you should dress anyhow, not make your hair, not publish your shoes and smell bad.
  4. God told Moses that he should make holy garments for Aaron.
  5. He also described the qualities of the holy garment; it must be for glory and beauty.
  6. It is not enough for you to be holy. Your dressings must be for glory and for beauty.
