Psalm 8

Psalms 8:6 KJV - Thou madest him to have dominion over the works

God has given man dominion over all the things he created.
The Bible also says in Psalm 8 vs 6 that God has put everything under the feet of man.
You need to declare your dominion and walk in your dominion.
Satan is under your feet; you need to declare this, and you cannot be living in fear of a person under your feet.
