The Redeeming God Flows His Life to Us 42-2-1

The Three of the Triune God are distinct but not separate. Jesus said, “Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me” (John 14:11). In New Jerusalem They occupy one throne.

New JerusalemRevelation 22:1 tells us that the throne is the throne of God and of the Lamb. …How can two sit on one throne? Actually, God and the Lamb are not two, but They are coinhering. The Father is in the Son, and the Son is in the Father (John 14:10-11). For eternity They are the redeeming God. …This redeeming God is the source of life….One is sitting on this throne who is both God and man, the redeeming God. He is the source from which flows the river of water of life.*

God’s life is the factor by which God accomplishes His purpose. Every life has its own expression. God’s desire is to express Himself through humanity by imparting His life into man. This is why God made man in His image and according to His likeness. However, this created man still needed to receive God’s life.

After receiving Christ as our life we live one with Him. We live because of Him (John 6:57) and He lives in our living. This is for now and for New Jerusalem. When we live one with Him, He is magnified, expressed. New Jerusalem will shine with the glory of God to magnify Him and fulfill His purpose in creating man.
