Why you must fast and pray for the next 3days

We are declaring a 3day fasting and praying programme on this Blog, starting from today- May 21 and ending May 23rd. As earlier announced on this Blog, we have a divine appointment with God on this Blog on the 24th of May, 2008.
God promised to visit this blog on that day and leave miracles behind. In line with Scriptural precedents, we need to santify ourselves to meet God.
New American Standard Bible (©1995) Joshua 3 vs 5:
Then Joshua said to the people, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you.”
Exodus: 19 vs10. And the Lord commanded Moses, “Go to the nation and sanctify them today and tomorrow and let them put on their white garments.*
Santification means cleasing yourselves of all filthiness and being in a state of holiness. God is holy and only the Holy can behold him. Santification is best achieved by fasting and prayer because this lifts up our spirit man.
