Psalm 40 verse 3

And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.

David faced so many persecutions, tribulations, and afflictions in life.
There are several attempts made to assassinate him.
Even his son pursued him out of his throne.
He was chased out of his throne and started living in caves and in the mountains.
He was sick to the point of death, and he felt that God has abandoned him.
But God had mercy on him and as he stated in verse 3, God put a new sin in his mouth.
The song of victory is different from the song of oppression.
The song of joy is different from the song of sorrow.
The song of healing is different from the song of sickness.
There is no affliction that you are passing through that David did not pass through.
As you hold on to God and cry to God like David did, God will surely put a new song in your mouth in Jesus might name. Amen.
