The Holy Spirit Will Refresh Your Life In Christ - Raising Zion

refresh your life

Sometimes our battles leave us without any strength left to do anything. The feeling of no one to help adds to the pain and weight we already bear. Our instincts seek a shoulder to rest. Over time, every kind of relationship strains or breaks away, for good or bad. We become restless in a world of increasing sin and trouble.

Samson was a mighty man created with a purpose; to deliver Israel from the hand of the Philistines. Once, he used the jawbone of an ass to slay 1000 Philistines. The battle left him greatly thirsty. He was lying down on the ground as if to die. He called out to God, who split open a hollow place through which water came out, and he got refreshed. (Judges 15:14-20)

Refresh your life with the Holy Spirit.

Elijah, exhausted in the spirit, thought of taking his own life. God refreshed him by the juniper tree through an angel. (1 Kings 19:4-6)

Jesus almost gave up because an unbearable weight of the world was upon Him (Luke 22:42,43). Jesus received His refreshing through an angel of God and continued to fulfil the perfect will of God

God gave us the Holy Spirit so we can stay refreshed. Jesus said those who are thirsty, out of them, will flow rivers of living water (John 7:37,38).

King David experienced the beauty in the work of the Holy Spirit (Psalms 51:11,12).

Paul felt refreshed and revived by the fellowship (1 Corinthians 16:13-18).

Paul and Silas received a refreshing and revival through the Holy Spirit in jail. Locked up but not shut up. Heaven heard their rejoicing and set them free.

Give room for the Spirit of God in your life. He will refresh you and help you move forward by faith, in love. Maranatha, praise God and Amen!

Does God Tire Of Our Constant Repenting? - Today Can Be Different

God commands us to be holy, but He doesn’t leave us to figure it out alone or shout down at us in frustration, “Stop sinning!
