A FRESH BREW OF LOVE
What I do is, I pick every bad name I’ve been called. Every accusation that makes me stay up at night in tears. Every insult I know wasn’t even intentional. I pick these words, stare hard at them, and memorize them.
I memorize them and make sure I don’t ever call anyone those words, no matter how broken I am. No matter how much I feel they deserve those words.
I’d never let them go through the hurt I’ve been through.
I’d never let them hear those words from me.
I’d never let them go through fire only because I’ve been there.
I’d never give anyone nonsense because I received nonsense.
I’d never make anyone broken to complement my own brokenness.
Yeah, I know it’s hard not making them have a feel of what you’ve felt.
But, hello? How cruel would the world get if everyone is getting hurt, stung and burnt? By the same words, for the same reasons.
We should not make other persons relive or go through our hurts again, we should be making the world warm enough to live.
One broken person plus another broken person doesn’t just fit.
You know, most times we don’t even know when we dish other persons what we’ve been fed. It just happens!
It’s still avoidable, don’t let someone else pay for what they didn’t cause.
Just forgive the previous person and give the next person a fresh brew of love. No transfer of aggression.
You know, that’s what Jesus would do. Jesus even asked God to forgive the people who were itching to see him bleed and die.

Something else, most persons find it hard sharing things to someone, because they feel the person is getting it in a very easy way, while they got theirs in a hard way.
An example? A very funny example though. Let’s say you stay up all night downloading movies, with your data, using the time you could have used sleeping.
And a friend comes along, opening the Xender app and asking to see some of your movies, and you’d be like, “No way! That’s so easy. You don’t have puffy eyes, I do.”
Another example? You see these ones in school? These ones that act like they’re the only ones that would graduate in your class.
They keep materials and handouts to themselves, and would be like, “You have no idea what I went through before collecting these books and stuff. No one would borrow these books, besides it’s illegal to photocopy materials.”
So what? What exactly did you go through? Were you scammed or did you sell any part of your body? You know it’s funny to the extent that when they say these things, you’d either wanna laugh at them or slap them.
I wanna write about love, but people would always say I’m giving too much credit to that fruit of the Spirit.
God’s love has been poured into our hearts, let’s just live it out.
May God give everyone of us the grace to love easily, to love the way he loves, not for benefits. But, love for love. Amen.
