Back to the Basics - A Nighttime Prayer

… make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you,  so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.
– 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

Please Pray:

Father, thank You that another school year is beginning. Thank you for the beauty of rhythms, but also for the way You are making things new this year. Help me to see You in my classroom, my work space, and my neighborhood. I long to live in the overflow of Your love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
