Easter or Resurrection Day? - A Nighttime Prayer

"Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently; He shall be exalted and extolled and be very high. Just as many were astonished at you, so His visage was marred more than any man, and His form more than the sons of men; So shall He sprinkle many nations. Kings shall shut their mouths at Him; for what had not been told them they shall see, And what they had not heard they shall consider. -- Isaiah 52: 13-15 (NKJV)

Please Pray:

Heavenly Father, help us in our weakness and ignorance to see that You and You alone are the One True Living God! Teach us to seek You first and not to seek man's ways. Point us and guide us to Your Precious Son, Jesus, and lift us up as we stumble in darkness. Help us even now to cast off old things and old ways that no longer serve us. Show us His Light and keep us forever under Your mighty wing of mercy and grace. Remind us that we celebrate Resurrection Day as the beginning of new life for each one who believes! Help us to point others to Jesus, that they may experience the living power of Resurrection Day! Keep us forever in Your care. All this we ask in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
