Finding Purpose in the Lord's Commandments - A Nighttime Prayer

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. - Matthew 22:37-39

Please Pray:

Dear Lord, sometimes I worry too much about finding my purpose on my own instead of looking to Your Word for guidance. Help me keep my focus on Your commandments to love You and others and let my purpose flow out of that obedience and love instead of constant striving to achieve. Help me rest in knowing You will show me the way. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
