Get Out of Jail Free" Card: Proving Robert Breaker Wrong on Ruckman's Letter
Thanks to everyone who needs to be thanked. I cannot give the list as it is not expedient. But, thank you Brother Don Nesbitt, the Lord's bloodhound for sounding the alarm about Robert Ray Breaker III of the cloud church. His youtube handle is @w46try7. [00:00 - 02:25] Introduction & Text Cards
[Text on Screen]:
As far as I know, there's no evidence it was written by Ruckman outside of
Breaker's claims.
The letter, however, is such a nothingburger that is, it says nothing new that
someone who has watched my 1950s-2000s compilations (the letter was written
in 1993) wouldn't already know, so it doesn't really matter if it's real or
fake.
The letter is so tame and lukewarm that if this is real and certifiably Ruckman,
it does nothing for Breaker's argument.
I will then be treating it as real due how to the letter being a nothingburger.
(Dictionary definition of "nothingburger": noun · INFORMAL · US ENGLISH ·
something that is or turns out to be insignificant or lacking in substance.)
I will do a analysis on mostly highlighted sentences but first let's get what
Robert Ray Breaker III thinks.
He talks a LOT of this letter. He likes to pretend that it was some secret
knowledge that Dr. Ruckman personally revealed to his father, Robert Ray Breaker
II.
When you watch all of these clips, keep that in mind how he treats it.
The following clips have a lot of times where he stops talking or the audio
randomly cuts out, etc. I did not edit any of these. It came like that. Don't
believe me?
Timestamps in description.
[02:26 - 02:56] Clip 1: June 23, 2017 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
Now, my old pastor is Dr. Peter S. Ruckman. He is gone, he is passed. But my dad
wrote a letter to Dr. Ruckman years ago about this very subject and asked him,
"What do you think, Dr. Ruckman? Do you think a guy is saved when he asks, or do
you think a guy is saved when he trusts the blood atonement of Christ?"
Read these words in yellow. Ruckman responds to my dad:
"Now, a man can ask Jesus Christ to save him and then months later, or years
later, the Lord may cash in and bring the man to the point of salvation because
he asked. Because the Book says, 'Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord
shall be saved.' But if he doesn't give up his self-righteousness, the prayer is
useless."
What does he mean by that?
[02:57 - 03:45] Text Cards
[Text on Screen]:
Sorry Breaker.
The entire point of this video is for ME to tell the viewer that not you.
Just a heads up. I'm not making a video about the video from which the next clip
is from.
Breaker purposely takes Dr. Ruckman out of context (Alton cherrypicking) for his
own benefits. There is no gain (pauline sense) in making a dedicated video to
his cherrypicking.
[03:46 - 04:12] Clip 2: June 27, 2017 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
And another place, I don't have time to show you, I have a letter from Peter
Ruckman where he says, "A person's prayer doesn't amount to a hill of beans
until he sees his own self-righteousness can't save him."
Sure a guy can pray with the mouth, but that's not what saves us. It's faith
from the heart in the finished work of Christ, the blood atonement of Jesus. So,
there's the answer to all my, I guess, critics. Come on in, Jason, one more
time.
[04:13 - 04:29] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
There is literally nothing that occurs with Jason that is relevant for anyone
about to accuse me of clipping him too early out of fear.
[04:30 - 06:04] Clip 3: February 16, 2018 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
So, my dad used to talk to Peter Ruckman about these things and write him a
letter. And Peter Ruckman used to teach that calling on the name of the Lord is
a good thing, but that doesn't save you.
And my dad wrote a letter to Dr. Peter S. Ruckman. And my dad wrote this letter
to Peter Ruckman saying, "Ruckman, um, you used to preach it straight. You used
to preach it right—that salvation is by blood atonement. I've been hearing some
of your graduate school students lately telling people just ask Jesus to save
you or ask Jesus into your heart."
Ruckman says:
"I don't even teach a child that that's the plan of salvation—ask Jesus to save
you or ask Jesus into your heart. I don't teach anybody they're saved until they
realize their righteousness will land them in hell. I believe a man has to be
saved from something, and I believe he's saved from hell. And I believe until he
sees his own goodness can't save him, the prayers don't amount to a hill of
beans.
Now, a man can ask Jesus Christ to save him and then months later, or years
later, the Lord may cash in and bring the man to the point of salvation because
he asked."
Now I'm going to come back to that here in a minute, this "cash in" thing. I
want to talk about that.
"Because the Book says, 'Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be
saved.' But if he doesn't give up his self-righteousness, the prayer is useless.
In regards to the blood, I may have made some remark about understanding fully
the blood atonement, or understanding fully the crucifixion. And, in that sense,
the graduates may have gotten it right. But certainly without the shedding of
blood there is no remission of sins."
And then he continues on and on. He says when pinned down they were trusting
nothing but the blood atonement of Jesus Christ to save them.
[06:05 - 07:40] Clip 4: February 27, 2019 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
Now you say, "Well, Robert Breaker, that's the dumbest thing I ever heard."
Well, that's what my old pastor used to say. I graduated from the Pensacola
Bible Institute, you know, Dr. Peter Ruckman. And this is a letter from Peter
Ruckman to my dad. And this letter, my dad wrote to Peter Ruckman in 1993 and he
asked him, "Dr. Ruckman, do you believe people are saved just cuz they ask God
to save them? Do you think that asking is what saves or do you believe that
believing is what saves?"
And Dr. Ruckman wrote back to my father, and here's what he says. Now I want you
to see this. I want you to read this with me. So, you see Robert Breaker's not
teaching heresy, he's teaching what he taught—he was taught in Bible school from
his teacher.
He says now... well, up here he says:
"I don't teach anybody they're saved until they realize their own righteousness
will land them in hell. I believe a man has to be saved from something, and I
believe he's saved from hell. And I believe until he sees his own goodness can't
save him, the prayers don't amount to a hill of beans.
Now, a man can ask Jesus Christ to save him and then months later, or years
later, the Lord may cash in and bring the man to the point of salvation because
he asked. Because the Book says, 'Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord
shall be saved.' But if he doesn't give up his self-righteousness, the prayer is
useless."
Okay, so what happens if a person asks God to save them, but they're not
trusting in the gospel? Or they're trusting in their own righteousness, or in
their church attendance, or in their water baptism, or in their works? What if
they're trusting in something other than the atonement of Christ, and they ask
God to save them? Well, this guy, Peter Ruckman, says they're still lost.
He says a man can ask God to save him, and then later God will bring him to the
point of salvation because he asked. What does that mean?
[07:41 - 07:53] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
Once again, Breaker.
It's my video. I'm explaining not you.
[07:54 - 08:23] Clip 5: May 15, 2020 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
And this thing here that I wanted to show you, this Peter Ruckman letter, he
says that down here a little bit later. And he calls it "cashing in."
"Now, man can ask Jesus Christ to save him and then months later, or years
later, the Lord may cash in and bring the man to the point of salvation because
he asked."
But why? It's because later he brought him the gospel to believe. So even
Ruckman said if all a guy does was call upon the Lord with the mouth, but he's
not trusting in the atonement of Christ from the heart, he's not saved.
[08:24 - 08:35] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
Out of context: That sounds like Breaker believes in sinner's prayer, albeit you
need to believe (which is the position of Ruckman, Don Nesbitt, me, and any
other one in our camp), however, this is misleading.
[08:36 - 09:24] Clip 6: November 6, 2025 [Stream Clip] (Robert Breaker & Co.)
Robert Breaker:
...is to confess with their mouth that the Lord is Jesus, or Jesus is the Lord.
Wouldn't that be Israel? So when I read Romans 10, I see Jews asking Paul, "Hey,
what about Israel?" And he says, "Well, if a guy is a Jew and he has confessed
that Jesus is his Lord, that Jesus is his Messiah..."
Joseph Gonzalez: Right.
Robert Breaker: "...and if he believes that God hath raised him from the dead,
well then he can be saved."
Joseph Gonzalez: Right.
Robert Breaker: So if he believes in who and what, then he'll be saved.
Joseph Gonzalez: Right.
Robert Breaker: I don't think he's telling you you have to do both, and that you
have to say with the mouth or you're not saved.
Joseph Gonzalez: Right, right, right.
Robert Breaker: If he's saying you have to believe from your heart in something
and say it with your mouth at the same time, then that would be a
faith-plus-works gospel. And that would nullify what Jesus did, because it's not
just what He did, it's what you say, which would be a work.
[09:25 - 09:29] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
Back to Breaker letter clips.
[09:30 - 11:03] Clip 7: September 05, 2020 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
Here's a letter that I've shown before, but I'll show you again. This is a
letter from Bible Baptist Church, my old church, and this is Peter Ruckman. And
this is a letter that Peter Ruckman sent my dad when my dad sent a letter to
Ruckman and said, "Ruckman, there's a lot of people in your church that are
preaching the bloodless gospel, they're telling people just do this thing right
here to be saved." He said, "Ruckman, you taught me we're saved by faith in the
blood, the atonement. So why are there people out there with the bloodless
gospel? Why are they doing that?"
Here's what Ruckman wrote back to my dad. He says:
"I don't teach anybody they're saved until they realize their own righteousness
will land them in hell. I believe a man has to be saved from something, and I
believe he's saved from hell. And I believe until that he sees his own goodness
can't save him, the prayers don't amount to a hill of beans."
That's all I'm saying. Your prayer doesn't save you. The atonement is what saves
you. And you need to realize it's not what you do that gets you to heaven, it's
not your righteousness. It's, "Hey, I'm a sinner, I have to come to Christ and
trust Him and His blood and righteousness."
But then he says this in this highlighted part... you can pause that maybe, read
that. This is the letter Ruckman wrote to my dad...
"Now a man can ask Jesus Christ to save him, and then months later, or years
later, the Lord may cash in," it says, "and bring the man to the point of
salvation because he asked."
What is he saying?
[11:04 - 11:22] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
Nuh-uh. It's my video, not yours Breaker.
(I will keep this joke up as long as I can do this by the way)
[11:23 - 12:25] Clip 8: March 19, 2021 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
Old Ruckman's church, he used to preach hard against this. You want to get this?
My dad wrote a letter to Dr. Ruckman years ago, said, "Ruckman, you know, I used
to hear you preach faith in the blood a lot, but some of these people that
graduated from your school, they're not preaching that anymore. They're just
going around saying, 'Ask Jesus in your heart.'"
He says, "Why do they do that, Ruckman?" Well, Ruckman wrote back to my dad and
said, "That's not the gospel. They shouldn't be doing that." And that's my—a
letter to my dad from Ruckman where he's like, "No, it's through the blood." But
I would hear Ruckman say this—I've actually heard him say it in class, you've
probably heard it, my dad heard Ruckman say this:
He said, "Today there's people out there preaching a bloodless gospel." He said,
"Watch out for the bloodless gospel."
[12:26 - 12:43] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
It should also be noted Breaker cannot be trusted due to his cherrypicking of
Alton Nelson, a dying man's prayer whom Breaker edited to just have head belief.
Or Young and Old Ruckman myth. See my Alton video for more.
[12:44 - 12:59] Clip 9: September 13, 2021 (Robert Breaker)
[Text on Screen]: Breaker is talking about Ruckman teaching sinner's prayers.
Which he did from 1950s to his death in 2016.
Robert Breaker:
And while I was in school there, I began to see some things that bothered me a
little bit. And I didn't even know this till years later, but my dad, he sent a
letter to Dr. Ruckman. And at that church, guess what happened? The Hyles-ism
got into that church.
[13:00 - 13:17] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
He goes on a Hyles tangent, so I'm skipping it forward. Don't believe me? I have
a time stamp in the description below.
[13:18 - 13:58] Clip 10: September 13, 2021 (Robert Breaker continued)
Robert Breaker:
Well, my dad, back in 1993—so I got saved in '92, and I didn't go to Bible
school until '95, and I graduated in '98. And yes, I did graduate from Pensacola
Bible Institute, okay? There are people out there lying saying I didn't. Well,
you can come to my house someday and see my diploma if you want to see it. I
mean, I don't know why people lie.
But my dad sent a letter to Ruckman and said, "Ruckman, you're the guy that used
to preach on don't preach the bloodless gospel. How come a lot of the graduates
in your school go around and tell people just ask Jesus in your heart or repeat
this prayer after me or just... Why aren't they preaching the blood like you
taught me?"
And this is the response letter from Ruckman to my dad. And you can have that if
you want to read it, okay? You can have a copy of that, I brought them with me.
[13:59 - 14:26] Clip 11: September 17, 2021 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
...tells you the difference between trusting in what you did and what Jesus did.
So if you want to take this, you're welcome to get that. This is something we
got while I was traveling: Seven Reasons Not to Ask Jesus into Your Heart. And
when I gave my testimony last week, I gave you Ruckman's letter where my dad
called him out and said, "Why do you have people in your school going around
saying just ask Jesus in your heart? You used to preach against that." And
Ruckman said in that letter, "Oh no, I don't preach that."
[14:27 - 15:42] Clip 12: September 8, 2025 [Video dated September 2021 / screen says 2025] (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
And I could have... you know, I probably do have it. I could have brought my get
out of jail free card. Do I have it? No, that's a different get out of free jail
card.
I have a letter that my dad wrote to Ruckman and said, "Ruckman, you used to
preach faith in the blood really hard. And lately I've been hearing you tell
people something different. And I've even heard some people from your school
graduates say just ask Jesus into your heart." And he says, "You never preach
Romans 10:13 alone, you always preach the gospel first."
And Ruckman wrote back and he says, "Yeah, well a person could call on God and
still not be saved, and then weeks or months or years later God will cash in and
get them saved because He gets them the gospel." Showing that he knew you had to
hear and understand before you could be saved.
And I'll show that letter to people sometimes, they're like, "What?" And Ruckman
says it's the blood, and that a prayer you pray does not amount to a hill of
beans. And you claim to be a graduate of his school and you're running around
telling people you have to say a prayer to get saved when the man who founded
your school said the prayers don't amount to a hill of beans? [Whistles] Study
much? Read much? Or do you just like being an Alexandrian? Hmm? Amen?
[15:43 - 17:26] Analysis Text Cards
[Text on Screen]:
First, Breaker is misrepresenting Dr. Ruckman's actual meaning to his statement
of "hill of beans."
As Breaker likes to pretend Dr. Ruckman's letter is secret knowledge. I will do
the opposite and show how this is not only not secret knowledge but Don Nesbitt,
Breaker's worst enemy already publicly taught what Dr. Ruckman believed in the
letter.
[17:27 - 18:37] Letter Quote & Analysis
[Text on Screen]:
(Image of letter from Dr. Peter S. Ruckman, August 25, 1993)
[Text on Screen Quote]:
"I've never told anybody to come into their heart to save them."
[Text on Screen]:
This is true. Dr. Ruckman always taught that belief and confession were the
conditions for salvation.
[18:38 - 20:30] Audio Clip: 1974–1977 Romans Commentary (Dr. Peter Ruckman)
Dr. Peter S. Ruckman:
The word is nigh thee, near thee. It's right on your lips, it's right in your
heart. It's present. You have access to it. You don't have to go anywhere. You
don't have to study anything. You don't have to learn anything. There's nothing
to attain.
It is the word of faith which we preach. And here it comes—the simplest,
clearest presentation of salvation found anywhere in either Testament: Two
conditions.
"If... if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus." Number two: "And
shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt
be saved." No ifs, ands, buts about it.
And notice the heart is not changed. The heart believes on Christ in its regular
condition. There is no overpowering of the sinner by the irresistible grace of
God which transforms him against his will into a new creature so he can receive
Christ and all that Calvinistic baloney. It's saying that an unsaved man is in
his natural condition and he's told, "If you believe something in your heart,
confess it with your mouth, God'll give you the new birth, God'll save you and
impute to you righteousness and justify you."
Verse 10: "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness." Works are not a
point of issue. "With the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
You see how insane some men get when they're trying to prove a lie? "This is the
work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent." That's God's work, not
yours. You see that business? You don't classify that with getting baptized and
holding out to the end and doing all this junk.
[20:31 - 23:48] Clip: March 7, 2022 (Don Nesbitt)
[Text on Screen]: Now, let's see what Don Nesbitt believes on this:
Don Nesbitt:
I'm just winging this, folks, if you can't tell. Do you notice in Hebrews 11...
their belief was tied up with something that they did? "By faith..." 23, "By
faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they
saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.
By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of
Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer the affliction..."
Now, this is Old Testament faith, this is Old Testament salvation. This is also
going to be in the Tribulation where you have to have visible works to accompany
your faith to make it real, saving faith.
But it still matches. You got to do something, you got to react, you got to have
a response, you got to have a reception, or the faith is just dead faith. The
belief is just dead belief. There's got to be something that follows that belief
and makes that a real, saving belief. A real, saving faith.
Verse 17: "By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac." Now, that's a
work combined with his faith. You don't have to have a work combined with your
faith. What you have is a confession with your faith. You have a prayer. And
like Nathan said, it can be in your heart, no one has to hear it, it doesn't
have to be audible, but there's going to be a reaction from your heart that's
going to cause you to cry out to the Lord.
...He mentioned 1 John 1:9. Let me get over here. Let's start in verse 7, like
he did: "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship
one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all
sin."
"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in
us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and
to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Now, Nathan was applying this in a
salvation context. You can use a dual application here.
[23:49 - 24:21] Text Cards
[Text on Screen Quote]:
"the prayers don't amount to a hill of beans"
[Text on Screen]:
Not that the prayers REGARDLESS of repentance doesn't amount to anything.
Ruckman is saying that if the person DOES NOT RECOGNIZE they are a sinner IN
NEED OF A SAVIOR, it doesn't matter...
Which, like Don Nesbitt, he has said a lot.
[24:22 - 25:00] Audio Clip: March 19, 2023 (Don Nesbitt)
Don Nesbitt:
"Lord Jesus, I'm a sinner. I know I'm a sinner, I admit I'm a sinner. And I
repent of my sin. I'm sorry for my sin. And I don't want to go to hell when I
die."
Why would you say you're going to hell in that prayer? That's your repentance.
You admit that you deserve to go to hell, don't you? You do. Your sin will take
you to hell and you deserve to go.
Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins, He paid the price, and up till now
you've rejected it, you haven't applied it... You deserve to go to hell, and you
deserve to go there because of your sins and your rejection of Jesus Christ.
[25:01 - 25:18] Text Card
[Text on Screen]:
Breaker calls Ruckman a genius for saying this. He calls Don a heretic for
teaching the exact same thing.
[25:19 - 25:58] Clip: September 19, 2021 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
That's a problem, and I see a great big problem there... But I gave y'all this
last time, this letter. And what this letter was, was my dad writing to this man
and saying, "Hey, how come, you know, people in your church now, they've
changed? They're not preaching what you preached—trust the blood. They're saying
just ask Jesus to save you or invite Jesus in your heart..."
And he writes there, he says, "Look, I don't teach anybody they're saved until
they realize their own righteousness will land them in hell. I believe a man has
to be saved from something, I believe he's saved from hell. I believe until he
sees his own goodness can't save him, the prayers don't amount to a hill of
beans."
So it's not the prayer that saves you, it's whether or not you understand that
you're the unrighteous one and He's the righteous one. Are you trusting in Him?
[25:59 - 26:47] Breakdown & Text Cards
[Text on Screen]:
Ruckman is saying this: How do you stop being self-righteous?
You admit you're a sinner, believe Jesus Christ is God, who died, was buried,
and rose again to save you from hell. Once YOU ADMIT then you BELIEVE, then the
PRAYER / CONFESSION, as the second condition required for salvation, is
validated and will save you.
There is nowhere within the letter that suggests Dr. Ruckman is saying that
PRAYERS aren't needed for salvation.
Here, this is a clip of Dr. Ruckman preaching on that exact point.
[26:48 - 28:08] Clip: 2003 Chalk Talk (Dr. Peter Ruckman)
Dr. Peter S. Ruckman:
He comes home and says, "Father, I realize that under the tension and stress of
the modern age, I was able to adjust my innate potentiality and capacities in
such a harmonious way as to overcome the influence..." Shit, shut your mouth. I
mean, some folks' education, they couldn't get Christ if they tried.
The father'd say, smile just like that.
You listen, you come to God like a pauper, you go away like a prince. And you
come to God like a prince, you go away like a pauper with a boot on your
off-end. Don't go... don't start all that stuff.
You want to get a blessing? You come to God and say, "Look, I'm dirty. I got
this stuff all over me. I can't get clean. I'm tired of it. Take me back. I'll
sweep the black off of... across New Mexico to see the boundary line out through
the bricks if you want to, but for God's sake save me and take me back."
You come to God like that, brother, He'll slide open the wardrobe of heaven and
take out a robe of righteousness and throw it over your shoulders, and you walk
that floor in a foot off the ground. God, praise God, who won't bless you for...
You come to God like a prince, you go away like a beggar. You come to God like a
beggar, you go away like a prince. That's all there is to that.
"This my son was lost, and is found; he was dead, and is alive."

(Image of letter from Dr. Peter S. Ruckman)
[Text on Screen Quote]:
"Now, a man can ask Jesus Christ to save him and then months or years later, the
Lord may cash in and bring him to the point of salvation because he asked."
[Text on Screen]:
Context: Ruckman is explicitly talking about a man WHO IS SELF-RIGHTEOUS. Read
the sentence before: "But if he doesn't give up his self-righteousness, the
prayer is useless."
Whether you believe in Belief + Confession (as Ruckman did) or Breaker's "mental
assent" model, everyone agrees a man cannot be saved until he realizes he is a
sinner in need of a Savior.
The man Ruckman describes in the letter is asking, but he is still trusting his
own goodness.
Ruckman is saying that because the man ASKED (based on Romans 10:13), God is
obligated to answer.
Since the man is self-righteous, God "cashes in" that prayer by sending him the
truth later so he can Admit, Believe, and Confess.
God honors the intent of the prayer by leading the man to the truth of the
Gospel.
I want you to know: In all my time archiving Dr. Ruckman's sermons (1950s–2016),
I have never heard him teach "cashing in" as a doctrine for salvation.
The only time he uses "cash in" regarding Romans is about resurrection bodies.
This letter to Breaker's father is the only time he uses this analogy,
specifically to help a confused man understand God's grace.
[30:21 - 31:25] Clip: February 16, 2018 (Robert Breaker)
Robert Breaker:
So Dr. Peter Ruckman used to teach—and I remember him saying this in class—that
when you go to Romans chapter 10 and verse 13, when it says "Whosoever shall
call upon the name of..." And yes, I was in his class, I did graduate from his
school.
Dr. Peter Ruckman used to talk about Romans 10:13, and he used to say "Whosoever
shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." And he says that's... he
says, "But that must come with faith."
Now he says, "Now someone might come to God with the mouth only and call on God
and say, 'Oh God, save me!'" And what he said, he says, "What God does is God
looks at that and says, 'Now that man wants to be saved.'"
And then Ruckman says, "So what I'm going to do is I'm going to send somebody to
take the gospel to that man so that the man might get saved." And that was the
term that Peter Ruckman called—he called it "cashing in."
He says, "Now God is liable to give that man the gospel so that that man will
get saved. And when he gets saved, then God will cash in." And that was a term
that Peter Ruckman used. I thought that was interesting.

[Text on Screen]:
Breaker's Illogical "Fake Ruckman"
Breaker's interpretation of this letter creates a logical paradox.
Real Ruckman (Romans 10):
You Believe in the heart AND Confess with the mouth.
Result: Immediate Salvation.
Breaker's "Fantasy" Version:
A man prays (Calls).
Breaker says this is a "work" so he isn't saved.
God sends someone to give him "head belief."
The man believes.
Does he confess now? No, Breaker says that's a work.
So God retroactively "cashes in" the prayer he made years ago?
Do you see how illogical that is? A person who already believes needs someone
sent to them to make them "believe harder"?
Breaker turns salvation into a complex bureaucratic process.
Dr. Ruckman made it simple: Admit, Believe and Call.
Breaker purposely lies and cherrypicks Dr. Ruckman.
He took Alton Nelson, a dying man who prayed to be saved, and edited the video
to make it look like "mental assent."
Why would you trust the word of Breaker, a confirmed liar, on this letter?
Remember Alton Nelson.
[Text on Screen Quote]:
"But if he doesn't give up his self-righteousness, the prayer is useless."
[32:21 - 33:04] Text Cards: ABCs of Salvation
[Text on Screen]:
Breaker, how can a man be saved if he doesn't recognize he is a sinner?
Dr. Ruckman is saying: If a SINNER doesn't ADMIT he is a sinner, he won't
believe he NEEDS A SAVIOR.
Ruckman is not saying confession is a "work." He is saying you cannot bypass the
first step.
You must Admit, then Believe, then Confess.
This is the "A" in the ABCs of salvation.
Don Nesbitt already proved this is the standard doctrine.
[33:05 - 33:58] Audio Clip: 1977 Sunday School Tape (Dr. Peter Ruckman)
Dr. Peter S. Ruckman:
...give you for this message, I call this thing up here the gospel punch board,
because you take a chance almost any place you land on it. And this thing here
has every doctrine in it that deals with salvation. Doesn't look like much, but
when you get into it, it has all the doctrines of salvation on it.
For example: A-B-C. Getting saved is as easy as A-B-C.
A: Admit you're a sinner.
B: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved; thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God raised Him
from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Getting saved is A-B-C. The problem with folks is the first thing right there,
that's the problem. People believe about Christ, they confess Christ, but they
won't admit that they're not righteous. They won't admit that they're sinners.
They won't admit that they can't save themselves. The hardest part's the first
part:
A: Admit
B: Believe
C: Confess

[Text on Screen Quote]:
"I may have made some remark about understanding fully the blood atonement, or
understanding fully the crucifixion"
[Text on Screen]:
Dr. Ruckman himself did not "fully understand" the theology of the atonement
when he got saved. Yet, by all accounts, he was saved.
[34:27 - 35:01] Clip: 1989 Chalk Talk (Dr. Peter Ruckman)
Dr. Peter S. Ruckman:
You know, I told you Hugh Pyle led me to Christ, and he did. But it was a
comical type of thing. I'm sure in heaven the angels get a kick out of that
conversion.
I mean, when he led me to Christ, he said, "Do you believe you're a sinner?" I
said, "Yeah, I know I'm a sinner."
"Do you believe Christ died for sinners?" I said, "I guess so."
"Do you believe He could save a sinner?" I said, "I don't know, I guess He
could."
"Do you believe He can save you?" I said, "I don't know, but you know a lot of
me..." and cussed, you know.
And he said, "Well, if you would just, in your own words, ask Him to save you."
I said, "I don't know how to pray." I didn't know how to pray! I knew Hail Mary
and Our Father, that's all I knew.

[Text on Screen]:
Dr. Ruckman is not stating a strict doctrine here. He is merely admitting to
Breaker's father that he "may have" been unclear in the past.
He is being diplomatic, not dogmatic.
[Text on Screen Quote]:
"Again, if they told you Brother Ruckman teaches you can doubt your salvation
and be saved. They told the truth"
[Text on Screen]:
You know Ruckman actually does go into this.
This is from 2010-2011.

[35:46 - 36:35] Audio Clip: 2010–2011 Sermon (Dr. Peter Ruckman)
Dr. Peter S. Ruckman:
That's when you know you're saved, when you believe what He said. If you don't
believe what He said, you'll always have your doubts. Feeling? That doesn't even
connect. That's the fruit of salvation, that isn't the root, that's the fruit.
Brother Breaker, these boys got this idea: "If you weren't saved like I was
saved..." Well, all of them got saved when they were about 8 or 9 or 10 years
old and didn't understand it. And when they lived like the devil when they were
teenagers, they got under conviction out reading the Bible, and then is when
they thought they got saved. That's when they got assurance! [Laughs]
And what they try to do is make retreads out of you people. They go around the
country and try to talk everybody out of their salvation so they can say, "Well,
he was really saved under [clears throat] under my preaching. That thing back
there in Sunday school when we went forward to take the preacher's hand, that
didn't count." That's what they're doing.
[36:36 - 38:08] Clip: September 23, 2023 (Don Nesbitt)
Don Nesbitt:
So that's how your soul gets clean. Now, it's not through... there's no... you
don't get the blood of Jesus Christ through water baptism. You don't get it
through water. It's through the eternal Spirit. You see that in verse 14?
That Holy Spirit is everywhere, it's omnipresent. And when you receive Jesus
Christ as your Savior, that Holy Spirit brings that blood through the eternal
Spirit into your soul. It comes in, and your soul is literally washed clean,
literally with the literal blood of Jesus Christ, through the eternal Spirit at
the time that you believe and call upon the name of the Lord and say, "I want
that. I'm trusting that. I want to receive Jesus Christ as my personal Savior,
please save me."
Right there the Holy Spirit comes in, brings the blood of Jesus Christ in,
washes your soul clean with that blood, and you're washed. And at that same
time, Colossians chapter 2, that Holy Spirit cuts your soul loose from your body
and seals you with the Holy Spirit of promise, so that no matter if you mess up
in the next 15 seconds, you have a... somehow you have an unclean thought or
something right after you get saved, you don't have to get saved again.
Everything is taken care of. Boom, bam, forget about it. Right then and there,
through the Holy Spirit, through the eternal Holy Spirit.

[Text on Screen]:
You just heard Don Nesbitt and Dr. Ruckman teach the exact same doctrine
regarding the sinner's prayer.
Robert Breaker calls the letter from Ruckman his 'proof.'
Robert Breaker calls the teaching from Don Nesbitt 'heresy.'
They said the same thing.
Breaker didn't hate the doctrine. He just hated the man who was still alive to
correct him.
Breaker continues to take Dr. Ruckman out of context.
Makes you think if he hated Ruckman when he was alive.
