Matthew 21 vs 2&7

2 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.

7 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

  1. In Matthew 21 vs 2, we were introduced to an ass and a colt tied down in a village. Matthew 21:7 They brought the donkey and the colt and laid their cloaks on them, and Jesus sat on them.
  2. Nobody noticed or celebrated them.
  3. But in vs 7, the same ass and colt became decorated. The Bible says clothes were put on them.
  4. They had a new and different look, their story changed, and their beauty came out because the Bible says they put on them a cloth. This means they were naked before.

Prayer

  • I pray that God will cover your nakedness.
  • I pray that God will change your cloth from rags to riches.
  • I pray God will decorate you, and your glory and beauty will come out in Jesus’ name.
