How to live above the hate?
Are you troubled by your surroundings? Are people filthy and provocative? Do they mock your standard of life?
It’s harder when you cannot simply walk away from it. We are in the world, but, not of it. As long as we are in this world, we need to be in it and never become of it. How is that possible? It’s possible when we stay in the cleft of the rock. When we stay in the shadow of the almighty. When we devote our lives as believers to prayer and diligent meditation of His Word, daily.
This world will one day be over, and only those who stay in the presence of God will be found in eternity with God forever.
And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. (1 John 2:17)
Live above the hate
Joseph chose to glorify God where he was. He walked in God’s word, and the Word of God kept him. He was a blessing in times of great need.
Daniel was placed by God to be a blessing in the palace of a wicked king and jealous ministers. He too kept his consecration and lived above people and circumstances.
Jesus fulfilled the will of God on earth in His time here. He could have sent angels or raised up people to be the standard. He did not, instead, He came down to show the way out of all the hate and evil around. Jesus came to save. Save HE did! Amen.
Walk in love and God will lead you victoriously everyday. Desire God’s will to be fulfilled in your life. In time, He will rescue all those who live faithfully till the end. Maranatha, Praise God and Amen.
