And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

Genesis 6 vs 3
- From Genesis 6 vs 3, it is obvious that a lifetime is 120 years.
- Moses fulfilled this target as he died at exactly 120 years.
- Every person is expected to live up to 120 years.
- Lifetime can however, be shortened below 120 years due to the following reasons:
- Sin
- Dishonour to parents.
- Evils and wickedness.
- Money rituals and evil covenants.
- Risky behaviour and habits.
- Unhealthy diet.
- Lack of access to good medical treatment facilities.
- Failure to seek good medical treatment well ill.
- Plagues and diseases.
- Unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking and drug abuse.
- Suicides and poisoning.
- Unbroken family curses.
- Occupational hazards.
- Medical mistakes or doctors’ errors, including misdiagnosis and wrong treatment.
- Accidents
- Overwork, lack of rest, and lack of enough sleep
- Poverty
- Lack of care for the sick or elderly
- Negative confessions
- Wars, famine, and natural disasters.
- Greed and lack of contentment.
- Spiritual attacks.
Prayers
- My life shall not expire prematurely in Jesus’ name.
- Holy Spirit, elongate my life in Jesus’ name.
- Premature death that killed my parents, you shall not kill me in Jesus’ name.
- I break every covenant with death in Jesus’ name.
- I shall die at 120 years in good health in Jesus’ name.
